MAP Architects I head the Urban planning and Urban design vertical to achieve SMART and sustainable goals to large-scale township housing projects, TOD, mixed use development and urban industrial tech parks. As a partner with the firm I have also established MAPs highly-skilled research vertical focuses on evidence-based design (EBD) an EASE strategySome recent projects include : Navi Mumbai International Airpot development of the Infrastructure for the International terminal building,the metro stations and other trasit hubs. This is a multinational and multidisciplinary initiative focused on strategy for TOD, International transit and mixed-used development. Along with several housing projects and high rise apartments in Bangalore and Hyderabad developed for urban sustainability with home grown dynamic modelling she has also developed the blue zone concept Villa developments in Tamil Nadu. The international Competition submission for Centre of Excellence Telengana MANTHAN, showcased the best in a netzero wind powered kinetic building structure. I am also the auteur of the many best use recommendations for several pre construction spatial development plans and pre-feasibility studies focusing primarily on infrastructure demands, environmental and sustainability frameworks and sensitivity analysis.
