I discovered my passion for Human Resources during my academic journey, which led me to pursue a PGPM at ICFAI Business School, Mumbai. As I explored different aspects of HR, I became especially drawn to how people strategies can influence culture, performance, and growth within organizations.During my internship at Dolphin Ad World, I had the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment, handle key HR operations, and implement HR software to enhance workflow efficiency. This hands-on experience gave me valuable insight into how structured processes and timely decisions impact overall business success.Currently, I’m focused on building a well-rounded HR skillset through certifications in HR Analytics and AI-powered Excel tools, and by contributing to projects on organizational development and strategy. My involvement in student leadership roles and placement coordination has helped me grow my collaboration and communication skills.I’m now looking for HR opportunities where I can apply my learning, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a strategic HR professional who supports both people and business goals.
