ABOUT ADITI LADDA
I\'m a junior at Northwestern University pursuing a dual degree: a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics & Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Machine Learning & Statistics. I\'m driven by the challenge of transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive business impact. My experience spans quantitative finance, strategy consulting, and data analytics. At Versor Investments, I developed systematic trading strategies and risk analysis tools, while my work at PwC focused on building performance dashboards that improved forecast accuracy and accelerated decision-making. Currently, as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Northwestern\'s MMCS Lab, I\'m investigating team dynamics and organizational efficiency through a data-driven lens.I\'m particularly passionate about consulting—leveraging analytical rigor and technical expertise to solve multifaceted business problems. Whether it\'s optimizing operations, designing strategic frameworks, or uncovering insights from data, I thrive at the intersection of engineering, mathematics, and business strategy.Beyond academics and internships, I lead Engineers Without Borders at Northwestern, where I\'ve tripled funding and expanded our global infrastructure projects. I also serve as Technical Co-Director for and Undergraduate Chair for SIAM, connecting students with emerging technologies and real-world applications.I\'m actively seeking opportunities in consulting, strategy, and analytics where I can apply my quantitative toolkit to create meaningful impact. Let\'s connect if you\'re interested in discussing data-driven problem-solving, operations optimization, or the future of analytics in business.
