About Aditi Gangrade
As the chief creative officer and co-founder of Much Much Media, I\'ve dedicated my career to using editorial prowess, design thinking, and film direction to amplify narratives that are often sidelined. My aim is to build a culture of inclusive filmmaking and inclusive marketing for the Indian media landscape. I\'ve been telling stories of good through my organisation Much Much Spectrum.I\'ve conceptualized, directed, and produced campaigns for esteemed clients including ICC, Netflix, Meta (Instagram), Coca-Cola Foundation, HSBC, Google, and Jawa Motorcycles, United Way Mumbai among others.As a fervent advocate for community building, I spearhead all creative, programming, and marketing efforts for Much Much Spectrum.I co-founded Much Much Spectrum, the content, research, and consultation studio and production housealong with my partner Aalap Deboor in 2022. Much Much Spectrum was started with a goal to tell 1 million stories of good. We focus on subjects like mental health, neurodiversity, LGBTQAI+, gender, sexuality, climate, sustainability, disability, among others. As an intersectional feminist who loves to talk about inclusion - I started creating content across formats to address societal issues. Some of my original IPs include #RepUp,#RadDad,#RightToRights,#HowAboutAPlaydate,#DontHateAccommodate, among others.I also conduct seminars and workshops for corporates, brands, filmmakers, educational institutes, and other communities to sensitize them about inclusion, media representation, neurodiversity, disability, and intersectional identities.
