I’m Aditi Chaurasia, an entrepreneur, founder, and firm believer in \'Gratitude\' and \'Persistence\' I failed to become a doctor, four times. Faced judgment, pressure, and was told marriage was my only option at 22 yrs. But giving up was never an option. I wasn’t after a degree, I was chasing a dream. A dream to prove that failures and gender don’t define My Future. I built EngineerBabu with zero funding, just grit and passion. We tackled one of the world’s toughest challenges,\"Hiring\" That led to Supersourcing, an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies hire top tech talent 10x faster. Today, I’m proud to serve as Co-Founder & COO, alongside Mayank Pratap Singh and Kartik Sharma. Every step of this journey proved: Success comes from persistence, not perfection. Now, I’m on a mission to empower more women, especially in rural India to take charge of their dreams and careers. Aditi, a woman on a mission to lead and uplift. If my story sparks belief in even one girl or a mother, it’s all worth it. I’ll always keep learning, curious, growing, and building with heart.
