As the Vice President of the Students’ Union at Maitreyi College, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with people, lead teams, and manage projects across HR, PR, campaigning, public speaking, and event planning. These experiences have helped me understand how to bring people together, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly.I’ve also been involved with groups like NSS, the Electoral Literacy Club, Meraki, Marketricks, and Eximious, where I worked on initiatives focused on coordination, outreach, and problem-solving. Being part of these teams has made me confident in handling responsibilities and adapting to different kinds of work.I’m someone who enjoys working with people, building meaningful collaborations, and taking ownership of what I do.    As the Public Relations Head at NSS Maitreyi, I lead a team of about 10 members to manage outreach, maintain relationships with students from other colleges, NGOs, and external partners, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. I also oversee the sponsorship process for NSS events, including identifying potential partners, pitching proposals, negotiating support, and coordinating follow-ups, building strong skills in leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication.
