Working as a Delivery Manager for Coalition & Greenwich Business at Crisil Ltd. Mumbai Coalition Business has currently 7 projects running in Sprints, some having scaled Agile framework and 4 in discussion. I am responsible for managing the Delivery of all these projects Alongwith being a Delivery Manager, I am also a part of PMO team where I am working on creating status dashboards and working on organisational initiatives from the CIO, CTO and Senior Management at Crisil. Currently also managing a mini project of Datacentre Server migrations I hold a past experience of working as a Scrum Master and also as a Program Manager. Have worked in vendor management support, resourcing, budget allocation and related strategies.
