Dr. Bussells is a recognized expert in public health, focusing on risk behavior prevention, alleviating health disparities, and preventing child maltreatment. With over 13 years of experience in government, non-profit, and industry settings, Dr. Aditi Bussells is a powerhouse in management consulting. She excels in revamping organizational structures and boosting team effectiveness, leveraging her expertise in strategic communications, branding, public health, research, and coaching to drive transformative change. Her work has included managing Salesforce technology systems, technical assistance portfolios for health innovation models at CMS and state human service systems. She led the passage of the stolen firearm ordinance, later adopted at the state level.
