In my 8+ years of working in music business, I\'ve been able to work with over artists, both homegrown and international, like Prateek Kuhad, Divine, Mike Posner, Anderson Paak to name a few, at culturally significant venues in Bangalore - The Humming Tree and Fandom at Gilly\'s Redefined, and festivals like Backdoors and Echoes of The Earth. The work involved 360 management of events, nurturing hyperlocal music communities and cultures. Since then, I\'ve led artist first labels like 4NC¥, and Kalamkaar Music with strategy and best practices in distribution and marketing. The focus here was on building robust artist relations with partners and integration of artists in IPs like we did for Deep Kalsi on Spotify\'s Rap 91, for the promotion of his debut album, Tunnel Vision. My time at ByteDance honed my expertise in crafting campaigns and content strategies that foster fan communities and elevate artists\' visibility effectively, based on research and market analysis of artist-fan engagement, and experimentation of engagement features on Resso. At the intersection of music, technology, and culture, I spearhead initiatives that champion inclusive and sustainable practices in the arts. Collaborating closely with teams, we\'ve achieved noteworthy success in marketing and streaming, underpinning my commitment to nurturing emerging talent and enriching the cultural landscape.
