The GRPA testing team is responsible for performing testing and driving control across GSN processes. GRPA includes PMA (Procedural Monitoring and Adherence) and BST (Business Self testing). • Review exceptions via problem solving thinking • Identify high risk behavior\'s/activities, regulatory, procedural and program level errors through account/case review • Perform analysis and recommend/highlight key risk areas and process enhancements to operations • Suggest complaint capture keywords/category refinements to the NLP model validation team • Identify opportunities to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the GRPA Target testing team • Lend intelligent insights and work with business on action plans to address gaps that are discovered through testing • Understand basic consumer protection, banking regulations and applicable laws to identify and appropriately escalate complaints, defect, and trends to business partners within compliance, GSG, and the bank.
