Source & Engage Candidates:Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent, including developers, engineers, and IT specialists.Develop creative sourcing strategies to find candidates for hard-to-fill roles. Screen & Assess Talent:Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Work closely with senior recruiters to schedule interviews and coordinate candidate meetings with hiring managers.
