B2B marketing, Sales Executive, and Business Development professional with outstanding record of delivering top of the shelf profit margins, mining and generating leads in the form of clients of the highest billing, and converting them into direct clients or vendor partners. Also known for strategising and refining the process and introductory pitch in order to generate and convert organic leads, verify, screen, and shortlist candidates for one-on-one interviews with clients and/or their representatives. Also have a proven track record of delivering tens of contractual onboardings within a month and thus directly contributing to the ARR for organisations. A team player and a very detail-orientated individual who excels most at keeping the data (including but not limited to interview details, candidate details, resume stack, POC’s, panelist information, etc.) for the entire clientele organised, up to date, and as detailed as possible. I work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in order to devise the best strategies to contact clients, get as many requirements from them as possible, share the best candidates for the same, follow up on the shared resumes and schedule as many interviews as possible to fulfil the clients’ requirements. Also have proven experience in negotiating with clients and vendors at the same time to get the best price bracket and profit for all parties involved. Outside the office, I am a painter and wanderlust at heart. I love to paint small scenaries and even more so reuse various items by painting them or doing something creative with them. Discovering new places and getting lost in the serene lap of nature gives me more peace than probably anything else on this God’s Green Earth!
