Product Designer at Trademarkia, building decision-enabling product systems for admins and stakeholders. My work focuses on translating complex operational and business data into structured, actionable interfaces. I am currently designing an executive summary dashboard and an international leaderboard to help leadership monitor performance, surface trends, and drive strategic business decisions.Previously at Bajaj Finserv, I conducted large-scale heuristic evaluations that uncovered 100+ usability gaps, synthesised VOC insights, and improved high-frequency dealer workflows through cross-functional collaboration. Across roles, I have contributed to 0→1 product initiatives, worked on multi-feature launches, redesigned complex systems, and reduced downstream engineering rework through early constraint validation.I integrate AI into my design process as a decision-quality amplifier. I use it to challenge assumptions, simulate failure states, explore alternative architectures, and pressure-test logic before development. The objective is not speed, but stronger decisions under complexity.I am motivated by problems that demand systems thinking at scale, where clarity, resilience, and long-term maintainability matter more than surface-level polish.
