Driven by a deep passion for mental wellbeing, resilience, and personal empowerment, I work as a Counseling Psychologist, helping individuals and teams unlock their fullest potential. With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Christ University and a Diploma in Play and Human Development from Headstreams, I combine strong academic grounding with real-world experience across personal and professional spaces.I specialize in supporting adult working populations through evidence-based counselling, focusing on self-care, emotional resilience, and mental wellness in corporate environments. My approach is rooted in collaboration — helping clients build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, navigate emotional challenges, and enhance both personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness.Drawing on therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral interventions, mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-based approaches, I aim to make mental health accessible, practical, and empowering for individuals at every stage of life. My goal is to encourage individuals to be kinder to themselves, recognize their inner strengths, and develop tools for sustainable growth.My experience also spans working with students across diverse age groups, where I have designed and led initiatives around mental health awareness, emotional literacy, and social-emotional learning. I have conducted individual and group counselling sessions, created developmentally appropriate workshops, and worked closely with educators to bridge gaps in mental health training and support systems.Core areas of expertise include counseling psychology, emotional intelligence training, mental wellbeing programs, resilience building, learning and development, employee experience enhancement, and social-emotional learning facilitation. I believe that mental health is fundamental not just to personal wellbeing but also to organizational success.At the heart of my work is a commitment to fostering inclusive, psychologically safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
