About Aditi Mukhtyar

I am driven by the challenge of building intelligent large-scale systems and products that leverage machine learning. Recently I worked on developing an LLM based model for improving internal employee feedback. The model can guide employees to write evidence-based feedback, identifying vagueness and generating actionable summaries. I have a strong background in designing and building highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems. While working on the Azure Monitor team, I tackled significant challenges in distributed systems, including scaling the platform to support petabyte-scale ingestion. One of my key contributions was leading the development of a large-scale anomaly detection system to identify anomalous patterns in service ingestion and alert owners to take action. Additionally, I have significantly improved service latency by addressing the noisy neighbor problem in distributed systems.I greatly value collaboration, innovation and excellence and enjoy working with teams that foster these values.
