I started my career in tech, building systems, debugging chaos, and quietly wondering why Jira has so many tabs. But somewhere between the sprint plannings and sprint retrospectives, I realised what truly excited me: connecting strategy to people.That curiosity led me to marketing and business development, backed by an MBA (Marketing) from Aston University and a shift toward purpose-led work. Since then, I’ve helped over 1800 SMEs grow sustainably through data-led campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and events that didn’t just check a box but actually created impact.At the Decarbonisation Net Zero Programme, I\'ve run digital campaigns (Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), created targeted marketing collateral, and led industry workshops focused on making sustainability accessible, actionable, and worth showing up for.I love turning complexity into clarity whether that’s planning a go-to-market strategy, designing content that sticks, or finding the right value prop for a hard-to-reach audience.
