ABOUT ADITI JHA
I’m Aditi — a senior studying Computer Science, Statistical and Data Sciences and Mathematics at College of Wooster, graduating in May 2026. I am highly interested at the intersection between AI and Data Science. Specifically, I\'m passionate about building human-centered AI systems, intelligent data solutions, and transformative machine learning pipelines that drive real-world impact.Over the past few years, I’ve led and contributed to technical projects across manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, and agriculture, applying advanced techniques in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM integration. I bring hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, and have built scalable systems using PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP. I’ve also deployed solutions through Flask, REST APIs, Docker, and AWS, and created dynamic dashboards and analytics tools with Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, and Python’s full data visualization stack. My strong foundation in statistics and mathematics supports my ability to build robust, insight-driven solutions.Professionally, I’ve worked with companies like Sherwin-Williams, where I’m currently a Data Analyst (Risk) designing scalable ML-driven risk prediction models to reduce plant downtime across 60+ sites. At Juliet Rose Jewelry, I developed a production-ready NLP chatbot using LLMs and generative AI, boosting engagement and cutting manual response effort. At CIBMTR, I built predictive and survival models to improve post-transplant outcomes in healthcare. I held a Data Analyst role at CaffeBerry.co to improve sales and customer targeting via clustering and regression analytics. I am also a Machine Learning research intern at College of Wooster with work accepted at NCUR conference, and I serve as a TA for Applied Statistical Methods and Discrete Math, helping students strengthen their analytical foundation.Outside academics and research, I lead communities. I’m President of Wooster’s Google Developer Groups Club, where I’ve organized workshops and hackathon. I’m also the Founder of CodeHer Way Forward, a nonprofit that has trained over 300+ women in tech. As an RA, I support residents through wellness and engagement programs that foster community and personal growth. As I explore full-time roles in Data Science/Analyst, AI/ML Engineering, or Software Engineering, I bring not only strong technical expertise, but also a collaborative mindset, interdisciplinary fluency, and a drive to build responsible, high-impact tech.
