About Aditi Hinukale

Always the curious one in a world of equations and formulas, I took a sharp turn into the world of humanities during my +2 and found myself deeply drawn to the complexities of the human mind. Psychology at SRM University was where I discovered my fascination for organizational behaviour and industrial psychology.Determined to blend theory with real-world practice, I rolled up my sleeves during my undergrad to dive into the world of HR through multiple remote internships. It was my hands-on HRBP experience at Omysha Foundation that truly brought organisational behaviour to life. Here, I got a full-circle experience of what HR truly means, not just as a support function but as a builder of culture and systems. I was entrusted with managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit formalities.This foundation led me straight to IMI Delhi for my MBA, where I continued to stitch purpose with practice. As a proud member of Jagriti (our Social Responsibility Club), I’ve collaborated with NGOs and CSR heads to create meaningful impact. It was also through a national case competition that I bagged my Summer Internship at Pattern Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, where I deep-dived into pay equity analysis through compensation benchmarking, designing 9-Box talent strategies to build a future-ready workforce and facilitating employee engagement initiatives that weren’t just tick-boxes.Outside the boardroom, I’m a trained Indian classical dancer (7 years of Bharatanatyam + 9 years of Kathak = 1 flexible human). When I’m not analyzing any HR problem data, I’m probably on my bike chasing sunsets and serotonin.On a journey to shape meaningful HR experiences and learn from inspiring professionals along the way.
