   From a young age, I was deeply curious about the human mind and the emotional complexities people experience. This curiosity evolved into a genuine passion for understanding behavior, healing trauma, and helping others navigate life’s challenges. Choosing to become a psychologist wasn’t just a career decision — it was a calling rooted in empathy, active listening, and the desire to make mental health more accessible and stigma-free.During my academic journey, I realized that while awareness about mental well-being was growing, access to quality, affordable, and non-judgmental support remained limited. That insight inspired me to co-found Serene Minds — a mental wellness platform dedicated to bridging that gap. At Serene Minds, we offer therapy, self-help tools, and wellness workshops with a focus on compassion, inclusivity, and authenticity. It’s more than a brand — it’s a safe space for people to feel seen, heard, and supported.Building Serene Minds has not only been a professional milestone but also a personal mission to redefine how people view and care for their mental health.
