About Aditi Baitule

With 12+ years of experience in IT industry, I have led QA teams and entire engineering teams for end to end deliveries of various solutions. I love to dig into problems and solve them by identifying the root of the issue. I love working with people and building teams that work towards delivering key, measurable outcomes. I enjoy devising short-term solutions for immediate problems that will also go hand-in-hand with a long-term vision. As a quality lead and project manager, I have worked with and managed teams with a headcount between 6 to 30. In my current role, I am responsible for coming up with a delivery plan and ensuring its adherence to schedule, scope and budget. I ensure communication with the client as well as internal teams is clear and channels for the same are streamlined. Through my work, I have contributed to projects achieving high customer satisfaction rating.Simultaneously with my role in IT industry, I passionately believe in \"leaving the world a bit better place than we found it in\". That combined with my love for reading and working with children, has led me to also be Director at Pathimba Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit company. Under this, I run a children\'s library called Reading Keeda in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India for 1 to 18 year old children. Home to physical books, we have worked with over 500 children since the library\'s inception sine 2014. We work with a vision to make books accessible to children irrespective of their age, gender, caste, location and socio-economic conditions and are working to empower people working at grassroot with children to build their own library spaces. The library space also gives me a chance to dabble in social media management and digital creatives.I believe that this unique combination of working with grassroot initiatives and children on one side and working for set, profitable outcomes on the other has helped me develop better acumen and visualization of end outcomes. Feel free to reach out to me on a••••••••@gmail.com to talk about tricky and sticky situations, how to get things off the ground and take them to closure, and analyze the pros and cons of any decision that you are struggling with!
