Complete Basic engineering of Licensed packages (Schedule A) of the trademark technologies of UOP.\\\\n- Complete in depth knowledge of the UOP standards and design philosophies.\\\\n- Preparing simulation studies and optimizing them for the plant design.\\\\n- Assisting in the proposal phase, by understanding the customer needs and preparing the necessary technical documentation required.\\\\n- Prepare PFD’s and PID’s during the engineering phase and carry out PFD and PID review meetings with customer.\\\\n- Reactor design of various technologies, especially Hydroprocessing and Naphtha Technologies.\\\\n- Conduct hydraulics of the plant units and ensure the guidelines are followed.\\\\n- Yield estimate review of a Unit and check for the correctness of the yields and design an unit according to the yields, at the same time taking important decisions like fixing the flowscheme, optimize the design, and provide strong technical backing for the Flowscheme.\\\\n- Assist Sales team in the preparation of Proposal and ITB documents and perform the same activities in the previous point at the early stage itself so that the Schedule A execution is smooth after the win of the project.\\\\n- Feed characterization based on the Cutpoints and Blending of the products based on the Edminster and Riazi method for maximizing the valuable products and ensuring effective and smooth engineering of the Hydroprocessing unit.\\\\n- Developed the basic engineering design package for UOP SelectFining Unit (Hydroprocessing technology), for the production of Ultra Low Sulphur Naphtha/Gasoline which included Hydraulics, Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, various equipment Specifications and along with that attended internal and external meetings with customer.\\\\n- Was a part of the development and design of UOP Uniflex Unit, which is a Bottom of the barrel technology for the treatment of Vacuum residues to produce valuable products such as Diesel and Naphtha.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
