About Adithya Nanjaraj

I joined Goldman Sachs as a campus graduate in 2020 and rose to the level of Senior Associate in 2023, with over 3.9 years of experience. During the years, I\'ve been instrumental in growing the Collateral management team in-charge of the EMEA margin book. Over the years at GS, I\'ve collaborated with multiple stakeholders including business and credit risk teams, to onboard several clients with bespoke collateral monitoring solutions, evaluating client requirements, connecting them with offerable services, assessing operational risks, and determining commercial outcomes minimising operational risk. I\'ve also had the opportunity to contribute to our attempts to uplift the collateral systems to keep up with the ever-developing world of finance. I\'ve also worked on multiple regulatory projects spanning from EMIR, SEC reporting to internal and external audits. In addition to participating in day-to-day business operations, my duties included cross-training team members, contributing to project / product development, recruiting. Drawing on this wealth of knowledge, and to promote coaching and continual learning, I helped informally mentor new campus hires. Aside from my work at GS, I am a partner in a merchandise investing firm that operates a brick and mortar footwear store.
