As a Deputy Manager at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, I am passionate about creating innovative and environmentally friendly packaging solutions. I lead the development and validation of sustainable packaging designs for the company\'s products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the stakeholders. With the help of my team, we have increased the packaging efficiency, reduced the material waste, and improved the customer satisfaction. I have a strong educational background in mechanical engineering and animation, which have equipped me with skills in model management, skill development, and product service, as well as technical and creative abilities in 3D modelling and animation. I graduated from AIET with a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and from Arena animation with a Diploma in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects. I am also certified in ASNT NDT Level II, a non-destructive testing method that enhances the quality and safety of the packaging materials. With over 6 years of work experience in various engineering and manufacturing roles, I have successfully completed several projects, such as implementing a large-scale packaging automation system at Ficus Pax Private Limited, where I was the Plant Head, and optimizing the packaging operations at Topgrid, where I was an Operations Engineer.
