   Built and led a global Engineering Operations org of 40+ ICs and managers across Strategy & Planning, DevSecOps, and AI Strategy, serving as the execution backbone for a person engineering team.• Managed a multi-million dollar annual spend portfolio across SaaS and cloud infrastructure, leading consolidation efforts that optimized efficiency while improving tooling capabilities and vendor governance.• Owned and scaled the enterprise SDLC and planning system, aligning Product, GTM, Finance, Legal, and Security around a single way of working, improving delivery predictability and time-to-delivery.• Re-architected the Customer Support–to–Engineering operating model using unified Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira data with an AI assistant to improve MTTR and establish data-driven quality management.• Led development of an AI-assisted code review bot embedded into the MR workflow, reducing escaped defects and vulnerabilities by shifting risk detection earlier in the development cycle.• Built an executive delivery intelligence product integrating Jira, GitLab, Salesforce, and Snowflake with a RAG-based Agentic TPM, cutting review preparation time by more than half.• Launched the Engineering AI strategy across 2,300+ developers, driving high-impact use cases including PRD-to-Figma UI generation, AI-generated tests, and automated release notes.• Defined the operating model for scalable, secure AI agents including MCP-based services, building the enterprise governance framework covering data, access, and auditability.
