About Adina Pergament
After 15 years in the non-profit sector, I joined Rocket\'s Talent Travel & Relocation team in September 2016 - and haven\'t looked back! In the Relo space, I am part of a small but mighty team that provides world-class talent mobility and relocation services for Rocket, as well as its extended Family of Companies and external partners. As a Senior Business Program Manager, I work primarily with executive-level candidates, new hires, and senior leadership. Some of my key strengths include: empathy, communication, high emotional intelligence, big-picture thinking, thread-tying (that\'s \"collaboration\" in Rocket-speak!), proactively anticipating needs, and extreme attention to detail. At the core of everything I do is the desire to help people, create lasting, positive change, and, ultimately, leave the world at least slightly better than I found it.When I am not at work, you\'ll find me spending time with my kids, cycling, training for my next marathon, or exploring Detroit. I love staying active, being outdoors, traveling, music (all manner of arts and culture, really), learning new things, and Michigan\'s Upper Peninsula, my happy place.
