ABOUT ADINA MORSE

I went to law school because I wanted a career in service of others that was also intellectually challenging. I was a non-traditional law student, and prior to attending law school, I worked in healthcare and mental health. I excel at problem solving and making connections between people and resources in part because of these early experiences. I was a summer clerk for a federal judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania between my first and second years of law school. As a litigation associate with Stradley Ronon, my first position out of law school, I was frequently tasked with client management such as working with clients prior to trial or deposition, and returning calls from clients. This was unusual for an associate to do, and the partners for whom I worked commented on my innate ability to relate to people and put them at ease. I was a member of the mediation practice group at Stradley, and reviewed and edited a book on mediation written by colleague. I have been an adjunct professor at three law schools, teaching survey classes and practicum classes in civil and domestic mediation. I have run for and been elected to local office. I have served as the Executive Director of the Lawrence Schools Foundation. I am a trained arbitrator and collaborative law professional. I have a general law practice with a focus on domestic and civil mediation, I draft qualified domestic relations orders (ERISA and IRC), and advise clients on guardianships, and other matters.
