We specialize in data-driven strategies, voter mobilization, and advocacy campaigns to drive impactful results.I\'ve supported organizations on everything from designing national organizing campaigns, to partnership development and management to overseeing recruitment and hiring processes - all in service of helping clients build the best teams and programs that match the vision, culture, and drive of the organizations and companies they’re joining. Key engagements have included- Courier Newsroom: From identifying the unique profile of talent needed to establishing new channels of recruitment, I partner with senior leaders to design and execute thoughtful, inclusive, and empathetic hiring processes- NextGen America: I was brought in to support the organizations’s get out the vote efforts, working closely with the VP of Program on everything from operational and logistical support, strategic guidance, reporting, and troubleshooting issues with our legal team. I also oversaw a 9-city rally tour with Sen. Bernie Sanders that drove 10k+ attendees, 70+ positive clips, thousands of pledges to vote, and deep partnerships across the progressive space including Make the Road, WFP, SEIU, and Planned Parenthood.
