IBC Vehicles Limited assembly plant located in Luton, Vauxhall Luton, currently produces light commercial vehicles sold under the Citroën, Peugeot, Vauxhall, Opel & Fiat marquees. Working in QA department with following responsibilities:1. In-depth Inspection of vehicles at CVT Line, Exterior & Interior inspection which also include System Diagnostic Test on EOL. Perform Toe-in & Beam Set alongside driving functions check, Dyno/Brake/ABS test at DVT. Vehicle Option & Function checks which include but not limited to mechanical & a road test. Ensure that all system defects found are documented into the Audit Trim Card & on QUA52 touch system. Inspecting vehicle reworks & repairs are up-to Quality standards. Clearing & Signing off vehicles at EOL in Qualif System to be released for sales. Part of a Multi-Functional team, reporting directly to Lead Auditor & QA Manager. Involved in various supporting activities with-in the QA department to ensure smooth work flow. Part of the initial team to preview the new face-lift model as well as up-coming EV.
