I’m an Audit and Compliance professional with over 5 years of experience working on Concurrent Audits, IFC reviews, and regulatory compliance for banks and NBFCs. I’ve worked across multiple areas including Retail Assets, Retail Liabilities, KYC/AML, V-CIP, vendor payments, and system-based control checks.I’ve handled end-to-end audit processes, identified gaps, improved documentation quality, and supported teams in strengthening internal controls. Over the years, I’ve also managed large audit teams, trained new members, and worked closely with senior management to close observations smoothly and on time.I enjoy working on audits because it gives me a chance to analyze processes, understand risks, and help improve day-to-day operations. I’m always learning—whether it’s new RBI guidelines, emerging AML trends, or better ways of working with data.
