I am a seasoned executive specializing in impactful private credit and equity/mezzanine investments in Infrastructure and Energy. I have deployed over $800 million in private equity/mezzanine and over $7 billion in private credit across energy, transport, and digital infrastructure sectors—deep regional knowledge in Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia- Strategic Leadership: As the IFC Regional Head of Infrastructure for Latin America and the Caribbean, I spearheaded a multifaceted team of over 55+ professionals, driving the development and execution of impactful investment strategies. I successfully created and implemented an impactful investment strategy that doubled the LATAM private investment to $3.5 billion, focusing on new sectors (electric mobility, smart grids, battery storage, and municipal)- Investment Sourcing and Execution: I served on the investment committee (including as Chair for over $1.5 billion in investments) for credit and equity investments in infrastructure in LATAM and MENA. I led investment teams and ran all aspects of the transactions (in-depth due diligence to negotiations/closing)- Portfolio Management and Exit: I led portfolio reviews to assess performance and reduced distressed assets through restructurings and sales; I managed successful equity/mezzanine exits of energy platforms through private transactions- Board Room Leadership: I served as a board member on two significant renewable energy platforms (MENA and Asia), contributing to the Audit and Risk Committee and the Integrity and Compliance Committee. I contributed to and led investment committees, assisting management with capital raises- Impact and Inclusivity: I have led IFC\'s efforts to promote gender diversity and inclusion in infrastructure projects, focusing on improving the workforce dynamics for women in the region. These investments have substantially impacted local communities and economies by delivering powerful positive social and environmental benefits.
