Spearheaded the company’s migration to a new ERP software, Netsuite, in coordination with management and Oracle consultants; this included setting up the accounting systems of APM and its nine subsidiaries, managing security access and data migration, and developing solutions for client and donor tracking, property management and foster care management. Trained APM staff in using the new software and made customizations to meet people’s business and reporting needs.
