Summary:Role will be part of Supply Chain team and assist in monitoring region’s performance and implement corrective actions and should be able to provide insights based on data and lead efficiency projects.Primary Duty & Responsibilities:* Operational/Process KRAs: Monitor, maintain & evaluate end-to-end SLAs for region while communicating & handholding for attaining efficiency, quality & productivity objectives.* Need to work with the Logistics Team in cost effective & seamless way.* Generating, publishing and maintaining reports.* Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to achieve organizational objective.* Communicate the processes changes to the regional teams and monitor compliance.* Identify process gaps and areas of improvement.* Handle customer escalations/requests on priority and follow up with regional teams for closure.* Lead efficiency improvement projects.* Act as a single point of contact for the regional team for any process/product issues.* People KRAs: Coach, Train, Manage & appraise the performance of supervisory personnel and handhold process changes.* Hygiene KRAs: Safeguard protocols and processes by monitoring/ controlling SCM SLAs & MISs.* Operations Handle : Flipkart Sortation Center Hyderabad; Myntra ITH Hyderabad; Hyderabad FM.
