   Serve as a business and strategic planning resource for the Arts & Crafts Center to help with program design, income-generating activities, and capacity building. Assist with planning and budgeting for the OYETU Outreach Program, which aims to capacitate rural Namibians with technical and business skills to start Micro and Small Businesses. Deliver professional development training to COSDEF Staff in areas like Customer Service, Data Analysis, Marketing, Goal Setting, and E-Commerce. Co-facilitated business and marketing training for more than 100 low-income community members both at the Centre and in the field. Co-facilitated a data collection and analysis training program for 10 local NGOs, focused on digital tools like KoboToolbox and Excel. Successfully launched a digital Web Shop for the Center allowing for global payments and worldwide shipping through integrations with WordPress, WooCommerce, DHL, DPO Paygate, and various internal systems.
