Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the work of housekeepers and housekeeping teams based on productivity goals and forecasted occupancy, ensuring quality control and providing feedback.Update and submit payroll in a timely manner.Conduct compliance training sessions and serve as a trainer for new hires.Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, ensuring proper organization of housekeeping carts and supply closets.Maintain required par levels of linens, amenities, and consumables for effective inventory management, daily distribution, and monthly orders.Conduct inspections and random Quality Assurance audits of cleaned apartments as needed.Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, security concerns, or damages promptly.Utilize mobile technology and applications to communicate with the team and track progress.Oversee and execute special projects as assigned.Continuously train, coach, and motivate staff to enhance professional development.Address guest requests, problems, and complaints attentively, courteously, and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.Monitor and manage all guest requests in HotSOS, ensuring timely execution by Housepersons and maintaining hotel standards.Systems & Tools:HotSOS – Guest request managementOpera – Hotel property management systemAmadeus – Hospitality solutionsKronos & Dimensions – Workforce management and payroll
