I have over 12 years of experience as an Agile Coach and Consultant, having worked with several national and international firms such as Ford Motor Company, John Deere, Salesforce, T. Rowe Price, and Assurant Employee Benefits. My expertise lies in providing Agile training and hands-on coaching on SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean principles. I have extensive experience in Scrum of Scrums (SOS), PI planning, portfolio management, value stream mapping, story mapping, team maturity assessment, establishing governance processes, and resolving impediments. Additionally, I have successfully led numerous Agile transformations and enabled robust inspect-and-adapt processes for multiple organizations. I am passionate about building high-performance teams and empowering environments that foster trust, autonomy, continuous improvement, transparency, better decision-making, conflict resolution, and innovation. With a strong background in technology including IT, embedded systems design and development, hardware design and development as well as web and mobile applications development.
