Led and coordinated the design process for electric wiring harnesses, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Managed project timelines, resource allocation, and team performance, ensuring timely delivery of designs and seamless communication across all departments. Provided technical leadership and support to team members, identifying and resolving design challenges to maintain high-quality standards. Ensured comprehensive documentation, including detailed design drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and assembly instructions, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Collaborated with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to optimize design solutions, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Developed electrical wiring harnesses for Purion XE, Purion H, and Purion M tools utilizing CREO Parametric 10.0. Collaborated with the client to collect technical requirements and baseline design inputs for the harness. Quickly learned and became involved in the project, gaining expertise in electrical components, parameters, and wiring within a short span of time. Assisted in converting harness designs from AutoCAD to CREO by verifying the compatibility of electrical components. Created and updated redline drawings for the required harness modifications. Currently working as a QC Specialist, responsible for reviewing and approving harness drawings, managing CN summary reports, and directing CN/CT routing processes. Currently involved in concept routing for the Legacy tools, overseeing the documentation process, collaborating with COG Engineers, and ensuring the routing path is finalized and approved.
