ABOUT ADIBA KHAN

a••••••••@gmail.com) Facilitating change and improving access to healthcare is what I was born to do! In just the last few years, I have helped transform a part-time free community primary care clinic into a multi-speciality FQHC facility open 5-days a week. At the same time, I\'ve spearheaded numerous healthcare initiatives and secured (>$1.5 M) funding to execute these campaigns using my grant-writing skills. Taking all of these experiences, I\'ve shared these insights with my students as adjunct professor to further develop future leaders for tomorrow\'s health advocacy issues. My skill set – which includes strong data analytics skill, IT, and project management -combined with a natural aptitude for business development, operations, project leadership, and data analytics – has, of course, contributed to this success. What really sets me apart, however, is my unique perspective on leadership. Though I am very outcome-focused, I remain flexible enough to consider other courses of action. I enjoy developing people and getting them to go farther than they ever imagined. I have an unquenchable drive for learning new things and challenging myself. As speaker or presenter, I enjoy getting people excited around healthcare issues, when I\'m teaching or consulting.I can make an impact to your organization by:* Turning your data into dollars & transforming communities* Identifying, designing and deploying innovative technologies that result in improved systems, increased production and decreased expenses.* Detecting untapped sources of market opportunities, funding sources, and profitable strategic partnerships*Drive organizations to successfully reach previously unattainable goals and project on time and on budget.*Leverage alliances and data to promote organizational growth and profitability *Data-driven, project leadership leading to market expansionOpen to making new connections!Visit my project section of profile
