I am a finance and investment professional with 4+ years of experience in a fast-growing emerging market- Bangladesh. Starting career as an Investment Banking Analyst (1.5 years), I moved on to work as a Credit Analyst and Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking (2+ years). I have experience in diverse types of financing transactions including project finance, structured finance, aviation finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) finance etc, where I accomplished or coordinated different parts of the process ranging from origination to structuring, negotiations, credit underwriting, due diligence, and execution. I also advised clients on their cash management, capital structure, working capital financing, long-term financing, risk hedging, and regulatory approval related strategies. I am a CFA charterholder and have an MBA from Rotman where I learned tactics to develop skills in strategy, negotiation, networking, leadership etc. to complement my finance knowledge. Currently I am working in credit risk management in capital markets. I have always been exploratory and curious in nature. I love backpacking in Southeast Asia and hiking volcanic mountains.
