ABOUT ADITYA RAUNIYAR
Research Engineer focused on multi-agent autonomy, perception, and robot learning. Currently developing a VLM-guided mission planner for multi-agent systems to improve autonomous decision-making through multi-modal, multi-task learning: spanning scene understanding, sensor fusion, 3D reconstruction, neural rendering, multi-object tracking, semantic segmentation, keypoint estimation (2D/3D), and re-identification.Creator of Airstack, the first open-source sim-to-real robotics stack for embodied AI, integrating multi-modal foundation models and bridging the sim2real gap via digital twin robots and environments with hardware- and software-in-the-loop setups.Completed my M.S. in Robotics at CMU’s Robotics Institute, specializing in 3D vision and robot learning in multi-agent, multi-actor settings. Developed 4D view planning systems using multi-agent RL and action-conditioned world models, enabling efficient camera trajectory planning. Worked on multi-task motion planning and NeRF-based scene reconstruction for fine-grained, time-consistent understanding.Driven by a passion for geometric and vision-based perception, reinforcement learning, and decision-making. Open to collaboration and conversation, feel free to reach out!P.S. Former U19 International League athlete.
