Working with the group of specialists delivering Advisory and Owner\'s Engineering services for standalone and co-located utility scale energy storage and on hybrid renewable power plants, for both in-front and behind the meter systems. Key responsibilities cover leading project delivery, and supporting business development efforts, R&D initiatives, processes, and client interactions. Utilizing the learnings and experience gained from various product development and system engineering roles across the Renewables portfolio, provide solution to complex Hybrid system sizing (electrons and molecules) with levelised cost as one of the operating parameters. Product development experience includes 2.x / 3.x MW platforms for onshore wind turbines, / 1500V PV inverters, a renewable hybrid power plant controller for the US, and a dynamic reactive power controller for the APAC region. System engineering experience includes the design and deployment support of PV solar farms and wind - solar hybrid plants (greenfield and brownfield), totalling circa 200 MW.
