ABOUT ADI ZIEF-BALTERISKI
With an extensive background as a behavioral scientist, I leverage my experience to design and develop products that positively contribute to personal growth and wellbeing, empowering trust, strengthening relationships, and fostering a sense of community. After working several years as a psychologist and executive coach for startup founders in the Bay Area, I shifted my focus to product and the tech world and began working on products focusing on well-being and digital health startups that benefited individuals and communities. I specialized in analyzing human behavior and designing and developing products that solved critical UI and UX components (users\' product adoption, retention, and satisfaction.) I worked as a product manager responsible for building and designing an app that combined AI and psychology to enhance well-being among Genz students. later I co-founded Kumbaya App, led and managed the entire product lifecycle from ideation to go-live, and focused on creating a marketplace that facilitates a sense of trust and community.
