   Client: Netherlands Top Bank.I am working as an Engineering Enabler (POD Manager) and Scrum Master for a top Banking client in The Netherlands. Prior to this, I worked as Scrum Master and a team coach for a major ‘Re-Insurance’ client from Switzerland. Currently, my two teams are working on Java and Pega technologies using Azure Devops for Project Management.As an Engineering Enabler- I work with the Tech Leads, Product Managers and Delivery Leads to define KPIs for the teams, understand what is best for them and track them- We track the KPIs for first 3 months, then baseline the KPIs, later monitor and improve by setting milestones- I refine/enhance the existing KPIs as suitable for the team to continuously improve the delivery speed and quality- I work with the Agile Coach and develop OKRs specially focusing to improve Team Stability, increase Team Engagement and enhance Work CultureAs a Scrum Master- I work with two POD Teams, facilitating regular Scrum Ceremonies- I ensure there\'s variety in Scrum Ceremonies, especially Sprint Retro, making it an exciting platform for the teams to share their honest opinion and grow as a team- I create an atmosphere where team can feel comfortable, safe and happy, by having regular 1-2-1s with individual team members, and weekly catch-up with team where we connect and talk anything & everything, except work Accomplishments- Agile Maturity improved from 3 out of 5 in Q1 2023 to 3.8 in Q3 2023, which further improved to 4 in Q1 2024; a sign of moving towards sustainable, self-organized and self-directed teams- Introduced OKR based Team Development Framework to improve Team Stability, increase Team Engagement, and to enhance Work Culture- Started Agile Shots- monthly advanced sessions on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP’s best practices- Started monthly SIG connects where special interest groups discuss on a certain topic and share best practices
