About Adhyayan Tiwari
I am a Bachelor of Science student in Electrical Engineering at the University of South Florida with a strong interest in building intelligent systems at the intersection of AI, machine learning, hardware, and robotics. My focus is on applying AI beyond software-only solutions by integrating learning-based models with real-world systems, sensing, and computation.I have hands-on experience across computer vision, NLP, and applied machine learning, including projects in human detection for disaster response, sentiment analysis, and LLM output evaluation. I have also completed an AI and Machine Learning internship at the National University of Singapore, where I worked in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment and received recognition for technical performance and problem-solving.Alongside academics, I serve as Conference Chair at SASE USF, contributing to leadership, collaboration, and technical community building. Previously, I supported large-scale academic outreach as a Career Counselling Prefect, coordinating university fairs with national and international institutions.I bring a startup-oriented mindset, with a strong bias toward execution, rapid learning, and building practical solutions from idea to implementation. I am particularly interested in research and internship opportunities in applied AI, intelligent systems, robotics, and data-driven engineering, and I enjoy working with teams that value ownership, iteration, and real-world impact.
Experience
Conference Chair
Aug 2025 — Present · Tampa, FL, US
As Conference Chair for SASE USF, I managed fundraising initiatives such as brownie, cookie, and matcha sales, overseeing pricing, promotion, and execution. I also coordinated all logistics for sending USF students to SERC 2026, including outreach, collecting forms, tracking payments, organizing carpools, sharing schedules and instructions, and serving as the main point of contact throughout the process. In addition, I engaged with companies to explore sponsorship opportunities and worked closely with the executive board to support the chapter’s overall operations and goals.
