I’ve always believed that everything happens for a reason - even if it’s not clear at that timeBack in 2019, I was training at a mid-sized CA firm in Kolkata and was really drawn to the idea of joining a larger firm for more specialized exposure. I made it through all the interview stages, but due to circumstances beyond my control, I wasn’t selected. At the time, it was tough to accept, but looking back, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.The experience I gained at the mid-sized firm set me up with skills that eventually led me into the startup world - a place I love for its steep learning curve, the chance to wear many hats, and the responsibility that comes with it. If I had joined that larger firm, my career path would likely have looked very different.I genuinely enjoy what I do, even when things get hectic. I value kindness and respect, and I’m always happy to help out those who are sincere.
