   Single threaded leader instrumental in setting up a vision for Responsible AI and ensuring Alexa\'s responses are safe, reliable and compliant across 43 countries, 16 languages and 40+ device surfaces. Designed an organization that developed scalable engineering systems driving LLM models, state of art gen-AI tools, self-service automation frameworks for internationalizing Alexa experiences. Ideated a 0-1 product portfolio while hiring/developing an organization across 15+ countries (~200 employees across 10+ job functions) that operates large scale business critical quality systems to launch devices and experiences worldwide. Drove the cultural shift from operating as gatekeepers of quality, to enabling builders and developers across domains, devices and platform teams to accelerate feature launches globally. Developed and manage numerous internal and external services that are used by Alexa wide teams to execute and validate on feature and devices experiences globally. Implemented numerous machine learning mechanisms and invested in data science to proactively mitigate issues for millions of unique utterances across each country Alexa operates in. Introduced and implemented lean practices into the organization, and drove cross org process improvement efforts to improve overall Alexa experience by raising the bar on defect resolution, CX improvements and cost reduction.
