Adhithya Jagdeesh is a Masters graduate currently working with Medtronic as a Design Assurance Engineer for the Cardio Vascular group involved in developing and designing TMV\'s, Conduct Reliability studies & Evaluation of Design concepts using DOE. Even support Manufacturing and Quality assurance in disposition of discrepant material and the qualification of new material to assure if reliability requirements are met. Also, worked as R&D Engineering Intern for Medtronic\'s MITG (Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) at Mansfield, Boston in developing new anti-microbial coating technology on silicon based catheter\'s and was also involved in developing TMV\'s.Adhithya has also worked as a Research Assistant at Wayne State University in developing and Designing (ongoing project) a new Trocar for the Camera setup of the Endoscope to eliminate obfuscation with support from DMC (Detroit Medical Center) Harper University Hospital, DetroitStrength:Skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in improving quality, profitability and processes within the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated ability to design for manufacturability and implement quality standards. Strong understanding of product development, fabrication and other manufacturing processes. Also, have hands on experience in leading medium sized projects for successful completion.
