Hello! I\'m Adhithi, a Luther-Hodges Scholar at UNC-Chapel Hill with a double major in Psychology and Business Administration with a concentration in Managing People and Organizations. My interest in these fields is fueled by a passion for understanding human behavior and its implications in the business world. I hope to pursue research in destructive obedience and organizational behavior during my academic journey. I love learning and want to contribute to the ever-growing field of business research with new insights into organizational culture.
