Leveraging my strong knowledge of Cost and management accounting concepts, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions and drive business growth.Key responsibilitiesi. Preparing monthly sales and VAM report, with respective supporting documents like Quote v/s actual cost deviation with reasons.ii. Posting Journal entries for recoveries, Accrual and freight charges on monthly Scrutinizing of Bills of material at child part level to find actual consumption.iv. Analyzing of Forecast v/s actual revenue on monthly basis with supporting’s documents for deviation.v. Presentation of P&L with the Site finance controller and Finance Manager on Month end closure with all consolidated reports and analysis.vi. Critical analysis on VAM deviation.vii. Assisting and coordinating with the site for internal and external audit Monthly reconciliation of POD copies for un-invoiced shipment and de-recognition of Revenue.ix. Supporting to site for AD-Hoc request.x. Preparing Forecast numbers for Direct dollar, SGA and updating in BPC & OneStream on Quarterly & Yearly basis.xi. Preparing ARP templates and supporting’s for inventory portion & Intercompany accounts.xii. Overall consolidation of deferred revenues and providing report to site Analyzing & approving potential claims in #Emrf portal with supporting documents and Verifying of every potential claim and requesting program team to lock in CMT tracker.xiv. Weekly analysis of metrics like Non nettable, WO closure, MRO.xv. Preparing reports for STD cost rollup on monthly basis and requesting logistic team to update.
