I’m Adhiraj Rana, a Management Consulting Manager at Accenture with a passion for driving transformation in the utilities sector. Since joining Accenture in 2018, I’ve worked across Australia and the UK, bringing over 7 years of international experience to complex, high-impact programs.My career spans both public service, financial services, central body energy sectors (AEMO) and retail utilities, with a strong foundation in release and environment management, delivery management, operating model design, and application rationalisation strategies. Over the past few years, I’ve taken on program leadership roles, most notably delivering a multi-million-dollar program for an Australian retailer for a Salesforce and Kaluza project, leading a team of 100+ professionals across sales, delivery, and growth.Currently based in London, I work closely with leading energy tech platforms like Kraken and Kaluza, supporting B2B and B2C clients in navigating the energy transition. I’m particularly passionate about the future of utilities—especially electrification, AI in energy, flexibility markets, and the UK’s CP2030 ambitions.
