   Manage all digital initiates for Commercial Banking Group (CBG) Axis Bank. CBG is a coverage vertical of Axis that is responsible for catering to the financial needs of the MSMEs. The vertical is responsible for managing a book size of 1.1 lakh cr on the asset side and 30K cr on the liability side- Directly lead a team of 20+ aspiring leaders within the bank along with a support ecosystem of 50+ managed by a multi partner ecosystem- Responsible for driving productivity growth in the coverage ecosystem via people process and tech interventions. These would include process reengineering of loan onboarding processes, management of our sales effectiveness ecosystem leading to improvements in RM productivity- Manage P&L aspects of the book pertaining to the PSL disposition of the CBG book via activation of Agri, Weaker Section books which effectively drive bottom-line within the book- Play the role of a product manager for select \"digital first\" products in Axis MSME with an emphasis on templatization of our loan onboarding policies within the bank. Have driven use of templated products from 15% to 45% in the < 5 Cr segment of the small enterprises group book in this regard
